Mortgage Conditions

Applicants must be over 21 and under 65 at time of mortgage finishing. Mortgage terms are between 5-25 years and bridging loans are up to 6 months.

* Interest is only payable on the remaining debt and not the full amount. Insurance must be taken out on property.

* There are no redemption charges.
